Hot stone massage is a natural therapy that uses heated smooth stones to help relax tensed muscles. Due to the properties of basalt, which is a black volcanic rock, the stones are able to absorb and retain heat. The Hot Stone Massage follows the same principles of the basic Swedish Relaxation massage, with the added heat of the stones which promote a deeper relaxation, and help relax tensed muscles, improves overall energy flow and to help bring the mind, body and spirit into a state of total relaxation.

Cupping is an ancient technique where cups are placed strategically over the body by therapist. It helps to create a vacuum, or helps to lift and separate layers of muscle and fascia. Cupping helps to reduce the stagnant areas in the body, or areas that are getting less circulation, less blood flow and less nutrients. Once the cup is placed and creates that vacuum, it increases blood flow, more blood flow means more nutrients which helps to flush out the stagnant areas that have been holding toxins, which in turn stimulates the healing process.
